I work with people who are tired of circling the same patterns, people ready (even if "ready" feels like the wrong word) to step into somewhere new.

Your voice is there, waiting for you to find it.
You are building something (or trying to), and the hardest obstacles are internal. You want a guide who has walked through the artistic creative process and won't hide behind theory.
Sobriety cleared space in your life. Now comes the deeper work: discovering who you are without the habit that used to run your days. I have walked this path myself.
Nobody handed you a blueprint, and the culture around you feels chaotic. You want honest guidance and to be spoken to as the adult you are becoming.
A career shift, a major loss, an empty house, or a world moving faster than ever. You've tried other approaches and suspect this won't be any different. Maybe it won't. But you've read this far, and that makes it worth one conversation.
I am Paul-Alexander Pissarro, a coach and artist based in London. I am French-American and the great-great-grandson of impressionist painter Camille Pissarro. I am here because of the artists and thinkers before me.
I trained as a chef in Paris, made films, produced conceptual art, got sober, and have maintained a daily Buddhist practice for over a decade. I have lost things I cared about and rebuilt from wherever I landed. None of it went according to plan, yet I wouldn't trade any of it.
I don't bring a rigid formula to our sessions. I bring a practice of total honesty (even when inconvenient) and years of helping others do the same. Most people I work with stand at a critical threshold in their creative work, their sobriety, or somewhere harder to define.

It is an honest conversation between two people. One who has navigated deep transitions and shares insights when useful. The other is you.
Most of the time, that is enough to break down walls.
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. If we align, we choose the format that fits.
| Single session 1 hour · $150 | One focused conversation to help you move through a specific decision, situation, or stuck point. |
|---|---|
| Ongoing 1-hour sessions · $500 / month | Eight one-hour sessions, scheduled at your pace. The format for people who want continuity. We build context over time, and the work compounds. |
| Intensive 8 hours · $650 | Four sessions of roughly two hours each. The format for real work: a problem worth more than one conversation. |
| Couples session 1 hour · $190 | One hour with both partners, for relationships, co-founders, or families in transition. |
